"It's not that I'm not photogenic," said Libby Pataki, nearly ten years ago, referring to the lack of photos from publicity events she attended. This was the highlight from the secretly recorded Pataki tapes that were published by the NY Post on August 22. Now federal subpoenas have been issued for the Post, requesting copies of the tapes. The real mystery as this scandal takes a- new turn, at least for those vaguely fascinated with political gossip, is what else has been recorded and will eventually surface. If we know anything about famous wiretaps on high-level politicians it's that the longer the scandal persists, the juicier the story is likely to become.
