News You Can Use in the Upcoming Election for City Council
The Civic Matters Hub from Women Creating Change, a nonprofit that supports NYC women’s civic engagement offers election help on its web site. And City Council woman Gale Brewer, has sent out a reminder that all Manhattan residents can utilize to find out when and where to vote either via absentee ballots, early voting or at your neighborhood polling place on Nov. 7.

You can register to vote until Oct. 28. Use this online tool: vote.nyc/page/register-vote
You can request an Absentee Ballot until 10/23 at Vote.nyc/absentee.
You can “vote early” for ten days before election day at particular early voting sites; look up where at findmypollsite.vote.nyc
On Election Day itself, November 7, 2023, polls are open between 6 a.m. until 9 p.m.
