tulips coming to west side garden

West Side Community Garden’s Annual Tulip Festival will be in full bloom for two weekends in 2015, Saturday April 25 and Sunday April 26, and Saturday May 2 and Sunday May 3.
With a display of a wide variety of more than 12,000 tulips, spring flowers, and blossoming cherry trees, this block-wide floral event attracts not only New York gardeners, but a steady stream of area families and tourists from around the world.
Open daily from dawn to dusk during the blooming season, admission to the Tulip Festival is free through the entrance at 135 West 89th Street (between Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues).
