How do you choose the best of anything in a city like New York?

It's not easy, but we've given it our ... best.

For the past several months, we've spent time in restaurants, movie theaters, arts galleries and a ton of other nooks and crannies in hopes of coming up with our subjective -- but hopefully useful -- guide to the best Manhattan had to offer in 2015.

We know not everyone will agree with all of our choices. That's the nature of living in New York.
But we hope you'll give it a read, and let us know what we missed.
